Country Charm

It's another beautiful Sunday here, and another stamping challenge from Stampin' Sisters in Christ! This week's scripture and challenge is hosted by the talented and lovely Kristine Breach. Why don't you visit the blog and see all she has to share in her devotional today as well as visit the DT's cards? You won't be disappointed, I'm sure!
So today's scripture is:

Colossians 1:27b "...Christ in you, the hope of glory"

The challenge: Create a card using vellum or acetate

Today's generous sponsor: Serendipity Stamps $25.00 gift certificate (Love their stamps!)

Thanks to Serendipity stamps, each of the DT members were given a choice of stamps and I chose this Adirondak Chair. The detail is quite amazing, and I knew this would make up into a cute country card with the embossed vellum and red gingham, a red button tied with twine to adorn one corner.
I love the look of vellum on kraft paper with gingham, don't you?
We hope you will take the time to play along with this week's challenge and also make a stop to Serendipity Stamps to thank them for their sponsorship this week. Can't wait to see what you will create!
Thanks so much for popping in today...I wish you a day of relaxation in your favorite chair!! :)
