Good afternoon! Just a quick post today...this is for two challenges, Flourishes Timeless Tuesday challenge to use metal on your card and the Mojo Monday sketch for the month.
This is Flourishes' new set, Seaside Life. The shells were watercolored, then misted with perfect pearls for a slight shimmer which shows up better in person. The colors were drawn from the background designer paper and are a mix of blues, pinks, apricots, sands, and greens. Betcha can't see all of that though! The inner circle was stamped in Sahara Sand using the Flourishes Reverse Damask stamp.

I always find a sketch helpful and this month's Mojo Monday is no exception!
The ribbon is from a good friend of mine,Linda Borneman, called Ocean Tides from Papertrey Ink, the pretty brass slide is a set called "Finishing Touches" found in th Flourishes store. They are beautiful!

ReplyDeleteThis is beautiful Traci. I love the soft colors. I have a shell set and have not used it. We are going to the ocean when my daughters come. I can't wait. There is something about that vast body of water that soothes me... I love the ribbon and slider. What a nice gift from Linda. She is so sweet. Great job.. TFS
