Congrats!

I'm back again with a card for this week's Stampin' Sisters in Christ challenge! It has been such a long time since I picked up a stamp or paper...over a month I believe. I have been doing a lot of traveling this month and think I spent more days away than home. After I got home, I had about a week of trying to get my "land legs" back after being on a cruise ship for 7 days, along with ferries in Seattle!  I'm finally able to walk in a straight line and stand without holding on to the wall for support. You would think I had been on a tiny sea-tossed boat rather than a big ocean line cruiser.
Our family (husband, youngest daughter, and her friend and myself) went on an Alaskan Inside Passage cruise and had such a wonderful time. I have a few pictures I am going to share on Monday, so please come back for a visit then.
This week's hostess for our stamping challenge is my friend and blog founder, Kristine Breach. You can visit the SSiC blog here and read her thoughts for today's devotional.
The Scripture:
Psalm 46:10 "Cease striving and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth."
This week's challenge: Use flags/banners in your card creation!
Our sponsor this week is a friend of SSiC's and a generous donor: (anonymous)  donating a grab bag of stamps!! How fun is that?
I have had these banner dies from Spellbinders and had yet to break them out of their packaging...so thanks, Kris, for the fun challenge! This paper is so pretty, I used just a snippet of the floral and it adds something to my card...the button is aqua and has a Daisy pattern embossed on it. (hard to see!)
I love this scripture and am looking forward to reading this week's devotionals and seeing all the banner ideas!
Wishing you a week of blessings and trusting in the Lord!
